QUINTO shareholders, pernanent trade stoppage on Nov 1st, please read…
We are converting all QUINTO shareholders to the PMPOKER project.  This will insure that all shareholders have ownership in PM Poker, S. A., and not just a subset of it. With this change, the PMPOKER project IPO flag will remain on until such a time when we no longer need to raise funds.  We have no tentative date when the IPO flag will be removed at this time. QUINTO project will have a permanent trade stoppage on November 1, 2014 @ Midnight UTC, when we will conduct transfer of ownership to PMPOKER. The conversion ratio is 200 to 1, which will maintain your current ownership percentage as much as possible. Anyone with less then 200 shares is encouraged to increase their ownership to a minimum of 200 shares or sell their shares for as much as possible before the trade stoppage, to avoid any loss in ownership. We will not convert any shareholders with less then 200 shares, and failure to sell or purchase the required amount of shares is the sole responsibility of the shareholder. Any shareholders who own more than 200 shares should make sure their shares are divisible by 200. Should a shareholder have an odd amount, it is advised to purchase or sell shares to make it divisible 200, in order to avoid any loss in ownership. Given the conversion ratio to PMPOKER, the asking price for QUINTO shares should be at аёї0. 000125. With today’s asking price of аёї0. 000004, shareholders are able to increase their ownership at an extremely discounted rate. We encourage shareholders to make a fair trade, and take care not to buy over the conversion rate, in order to minimize any potential loss. PMPOKER and QUINTO will buy shares as funds are available to increase their ownership interest. NOTE: We will not trade or negotiate with any shareholders after the trade stop. It is the shareholders responsibility to do what is in their best interest. If you have questions or unsure what you need to sell back, please email us. PS: We will be sending this notification to all shareholders by email.
