a collective of friends putting together our long lasting mining relations. We
grew together over time and established a pool of mining hardware. To share the support time and hardware as well as to give increasing hashrates to
friends and family members, we offer the possibility to get rewarded by mining
Bitcoins and Altcoins. Listing on Crypto::StocksThe Asset. Releasing
max. 1500 shares for the price of 0. 06 BTC you participate in 2,4 GH/s a share
at the start of the project. Then the hashrate will be increasing weekly by
mining income. Dividends. Net
mining revenue will be paid out several time a week (e. g. Tuesdays and Saturdays). Fees. In order to keep the
maintenance costs as low as possible by using an existing reliable
infrastructure, 5 % of the mining income will be spent to cover those expenses
(incl. pool fees). We
will never charge management or other fees. Corps GoalsOur first priority is to keep the share
price stable by having key shareholders. No shares will be released after the IPO. Our second priority is to keep the dividends stable. For that up to 30 %
of the mining income will be reinvested in new hardware. With the experience gained from mining and expertise we have
