No Vote – Keep MSP Public The votes are exactly the same text – if it makes you feel better vote for both – but the one with the newest date is the one that will be counted. WILL BE THE ONLY VOTE THAT WILL COUNT – Feel free to vote on both if you like – but ONLY this vote will count. Please be sure you vote its an important vote to all shareholders. Please be sure you understand this. The Vote labeled 11/20/2014 at 12:52 will be the only countable vote. The other was cancelled but is not delete-able in the CS UI. The reason for the reposing is several shareholders did not realize if they had shares offline they would not be counted in the voting process. As this is a major vote – please bring your shares online – and vote. There is no way to post more text into the vote to make this clear – so this announcement serves as to notify you of this exception to the way votes work due to a flaw in the CS UI.
