Litecoin FPGA is a team of three electrical and electronic engineers and one software engineer who endeavour to create an FPGA device for mining of Litecoin. Our team believes that a highly competitive low power Litecoin FPGA device can be created within a six month timeframe for sale to the public.
This listing is targeted at achieving initial funding for development and construction of the device. The dividend for the shareholders of the listing will be that 80% of the profits from sales of the FPGA’s will be distributed quarterly to the investors once the device ships.
The design team has decided to procure funding from investors rather than pre-orders, as this requires less administration from the team and provides a more secure source of initial funding.
The team have already been involved in research into procuring the necessary materials to create the device and are confident custom equipment can be obtained directly from companies in China that can manufacture the necessary on board RAM characteristics.
In the unlikely event that the program should prove unfeasible, all assets will be liquidated and all shares will be bought back using the funds.

UPDATE: A member of the Cryptostocks community has made us aware that there is another project by the same name that is not on Cryptostocks, we were not aware of this when we listed the stock and would like to clarify that we are not associated with the Litecoin FPGA development operated by JasinLee. We apologise for any misconception, but we are unable to change the listing name and this information should clarify the situation for any future investors.
UPDATE: It was proposed that shares should be raised to 0. 2 BTC per share, however, we have seen less demand for the listing than expected. As a result, and to encourage further investment we think it best to maintain the 0. 1 BTC price, as raising the price per share will probably deter investors further.
