RatingWhiteDescription:The Exchange Spot Investment Fund is a easy way to invest in the U. S. Stock Markets selling options on Securities held by the Investment Fund.
We exchange funds from digital currency into paper currency and trade in US Stock Exchanges.
We focus on owning long positions in stocks of companies or funds and writing covered calls on them.
Profits are derived from the selling of these covered calls minus all brokerage, exchange, management and access fees and any applicable taxes.
These profits are then distributed back to investors monthly after settlement from brokerage.
These share of the fund are carried in USD currency throughout the month so the value of the shares we sell will be based on the USD price. Since BTC move in value frequently then we will try to price our shares according to the value they carry in the fund which is currently a value of $20 So we will update our selling price to keep it around the $20 worth of BTC so we will frequently update our selling prices with the average value of BTC.
Each bond issued is a percentage of the total funds profit. The Percentage is based on dividing 100 by the total number of bonds issued
These shares do not give ownership to any product or security held by the owner of the fund. These just represent the percentage of profit entitled to the investor.
The Owner of the fund can at any time buy back the shares at 110% of the average trading value of the previous 5 trading days.
