MSP Changes, Dividends and more
Per the shareholder vote – we will be moving MSP to the Coinsortium project and making it a private listed stock (at least in the near term while we revamp our business model). We were able to maintain 2 of our 3 paid customers after the change – the 3rd did not have the resources to supply their own alt-coins for multi-currency support. As this is now on the wallet provider responsibility, we are working with them on the best way to accomplish this. In preperation for the move to Coinsortium and moving the stock to be privately listed – I encourage you to:A: if you are not happy with this change – list your shares for sale. We will do whatever we can to do a share buy-back on as many shares for sale as we can. B. journey with us to Coinsortium and grow with us. In case you did not read the prior thread – we had a vote on moving off Cryptostocks and moving to Coinsortium. We will be providing all users a 10 day period to turn off Anonymous. If your shares are set to Anonymous they WILL BE LOST FOREVER and will not be recoverable. So this leaves it on you to ensure you have “anonymous email” turned off. IT IS IMPERATIVE that you set your email address here on Coinsortium as DISCLOSED. IF it is not disclosed by December 10th (and it needs to REMAIN disclosed until December 10th) – than your shares will not be moved and you will be stuck here with a dead stock. So PLEASE update your email setting to DISCLOSED. How the process will work – we will download a copy of shareholders and importing them into the new listing on Coinsortium. We plan to have this take place on December 10th. If this is a issue or a problem in anyway – please let us know as soon as possible. This is the last of what our hardware has produced and is basically to the point that it now costs more to run then it produces – especially with these depressed prices on BTC and Altcoins.
